Silvia Garavaglia joined CM&P Studio legale associato in 2017.
Silvia got her law degree at the State University in Milan and she is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She has collaborated with several Italian and international law firms, pleading for Italian and foreign companies in litigations of ordinary, higher and fiscal jurisdictions and in national and international arbitrations. She is furthermore specialized in commercial law, with particular reference to corporate aspects, specifically in the real estate and energy areas.
She constantly contributes to the main Italian relevant magazines and she is a lecturer in staff training and master courses within the judicial field.
Her mother tongue is Italian and she speaks English fluently.
