Andrea Ceschina

Andrea Ceschina graduated in Law at the Catholic University of the Holy Heart in Milan and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court in Italy. Over a long-term experience he worked for primary International Law Firms and in July 2016 founded “CM&P Studio Legale Associato”, of which he is the current managing partner.

Andrea specializes in mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, private equity as well as project finance, with particular focus on energy, real estate and infrastructure. Along his career he has advised both Italian and foreign clients on domestic and cross-border transactions.

Andrea has been a lecturer at conferences concerning renewables energy, with particular focus on contractual and corporate aspects related to acquisitions of renewables projects, and has signed several publications on relevant Italian legal magazines specializing on energy and real estate sectors

He is a native Italian and fluent in English, French and Spanish.
